Looks like you are pretty well set up.  The one thing I would not fish without is my Vex.   It can give you so much info before you drill a hole that the gas auger would be my second choice.  I dress  warm so I skip the shelter a lot so I can move around.

Baits- depends on depths I will be fishing and species I am targeting.
Panfish will be finicky on some days and will prefer one  certain profile over another.  Flat, round, horizontal or vertical jig bodies.  I  make and carry all of them.
Line I stay at 2lb for panfish.  It can be a problem using a light jig outside in the wind.  I plan on experimenting with drop shotting this winter if we get some descent ice.

Other must haves -ice cleats,  hand warmers to stuff in your boots and a camera to share your catch with us. :happy1: :happy1:

I agree with all of the above so far.  I like to have both the aqua vu and vexilar with. Vex is best.
A bottle of water for the vexilar- seeing through the ice.
Reel Weeds- if I'm going to be out for a while
Ice Picks- for early season- cleats are key with no snow too.
Spring bobbers on my poles, I usually have 4 poles with me all set up with difrrent line and jigs
Shovel for banking the house, and digging the truck out of drifts(happened once last year)
Sunflower/Mr. Heater and Propane
Lights for at night (lantern)
Chisel for opening holes and checking the ice.
I like to have a lot of jigs, and I change them a lot if Im not catching fish.
Plenty of bait, never run out of bait.
Surgical needle nose- removing hooks
