I am looking to install those plastic runners on the botttom of my older clam house.  It is similar to the voyager size.  Any recommendations other than the clam runner kits?  I was thinking of something like uhmw.

I would try hyfax off of a snowmobile rear suspension ,guys always change them and for a clam a used set would last forever or new are cheap too.  Talk to a snowmobiling buddy or stop by a  dealer they will have used ones they probably give you for free. Never tried it but it should work with a little engineering.
