Fishing has been good. No driving out on area lakes yet, but maybe by this weekend.  Please call or check with the shop before driving out. Walleyes are biting on many area lakes.  Otter Tail in 17-35 feet of water jigging off the bottom with suckers, shiners and fatheads. Battle Lake in about 23 feet of water on golden shiners. Walker Lake anywhere from 17 to 25 feet of water.  And on Rush Lake.  Crappies are biting on West Battle Lake, go out about 5pm and target 17 to 25 feet of water with any glow jig and crappie minnows.  Also check out Stalker, Elbow and Ten Mile lakes for crappies.  Look for them to be suspended.  There is 10 to 12 inches of ice on most area lakes.
If a gun kills people then I can blame a pen for my misspells?
