land leases

Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. I am looking at leasing a small piece of land for the next five years and was wondering if anyone has or knows of a good lease agreement / contract or where to find one any help would be great thanks.

Check with Potlatch. The offer yearly land leases and have good descriptions on their website with aerial photos. I believe this is the time of year they are available.
