fishing partners back from missiouri so this weekend we hit the lakes
saturday morning we fished our northern hole and i caught a 27 inch but the people in the spot we normaly fish wacked them so hard they had probobly 10-15 flags, saturday night we went wally fishing on a local lake nothing big but just to try and get a eater or 2 and i caught my first wally ever but have only fished for them like 5 times today we went back to our nothern spot which we got out there before dawn to make sure we got our spots i caught a 30 and my buddy caught 2 in the low 20's and a 31 inch

i didant get a pic of the 30 because i left the ifc sign at home but i will hopefully get a bigger one anyway gonna hit the lake next to my house this week and try and locate the pan fish will hopefully pick up some sucker minnows to it had decent nords

Sounds like a good weekend lentz! I was able to get out twice to Elk Lake by Zimmerman. Saturday I was out with the wife and little girls and caught a ton of little perch and a few Crappies mixed in, no sunnies though. Had a very good fish (assuming northern) on the tip up with one of DDS's 47's (Fire Tiger) but of course I set the hook, it didn't budge then pulled until it snapped....it was heavy. I went back to the same place by myself the next day and got 2 flags and 2 fish, both sister northerns 22 1/2"...one on a large Dace and the other on a huge sucker. Couple of small crappie and a bunch of little perch too....a good weekend out on the ice.
