Be a little rough on the chain saw. If you can notice from the second picture it looks a little lower on the right and a little darker at the top. That's where I took a pick axe to that part thinking I could knock the ice down. After I got through the ice it is all dirt that is pushed up underneath and its hard as a rock.

I had a long career working design and test for various defense contractors so I do have some ideas for making an opening through there. Unfortunately any one of them would get me in a lot of trouble with the local LEO's. I could try the old  how the heck did that happen. Maybe I'll try the penny thing. General, are you out there? I know where you can find a shinny new penny.

Honda  would conk out trying to get up the incline. That's if it didn't get stuck in the little bit of snow at the bottom of it.
