Just noticed this thread after about a week of being on here.
My name is Isaiah, 23yrs old, currently reside in Becker/ Clearwater MN. normally live in a fish house in the winter and my truck in the summer. I have been called a gypsy plenty of times because I move around so much.  Now engaged and she put a stop to that. "I have better things to worry about." or atleast she says. Im in the Army national guard as a Cavalry Scout.
I have done alot of different things having to do with the outdoors thanks to my father, grandfather, and great grandfather from flyfishing in revelstoke BC to Dove hunting on some family land in clearwater. But never trapped anything other than pocket gophers. A random fact is I love Gary Paulsen books and hopefully be a 4th generation lumberyard owner. lol

::welcome::    :toast:  Just make sure she doesn't put a stop to MNO!!!!!

Hey everyone I just found this website a few weeks ago and I figured I might as well introduce myself. My name is Dan I'm 22 and I'm currently a Business student at Mankato State. I'm from Inver Grove Heights and I love to hunt and fish. I normally only hunt waterfoul and pheasant, but lately I've been doing a lot of other hunting too.  Fishing has always been a great passion of mine, there's nothing better than getting out on the open water or on the ice to catch some lunkers! I hope to be contributing a lot on this website in the future!
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Why would we do that? Personally half the reason I keep coming back is just to see what funny comments I can find, So far I think "The General"  has by far the most hilarious posts...

::welcome::   Jacob.  You live in a beautiful area.  Been through there on motorcycle a few times.  I always wanted to try trout fishing in the canyon.  I could see the trout holding in the eddies when the light was right.

:newhere:My name is Steve I live in White Bear Lake,MN.  I am 50, My wife and I of 28 years enjoy the cabin on a south St. Louis Co. lake. The kids are long gone out of the house. My main goal now is pass down fishing and hunting traditions to my grandchildren. My oldest grandsons 1st fish was a 11.5 in crappie. At 3 years old it was a highlight of my life to see him reel it in and drag it up on the beach. It is now on the wall in the cabin! We'll be hitting the ice again this weekend and hopefully get a few crappies for a fish fry.
