Hi gang! I'm IFG, icefishergal....hoping to post here a bit. I fished alot when I was young, I miss it dearly.

So, about me...I live in the inner city, work for myself, single, no kids, 39 yo.

Looking to do some ice fishing this winter, and then do more fishing this spring/summer. I would love my own boat 

Probably won't happen this year, but I can dream   

Where are the good lakes by the twin cities that aren't too far away?

I was born in the state of Washington 1964 live in a small town name Duvall At age 20 started to date this girl name Sarah that I went to school with in 1970 I was about 6 year old Yes I did said six. She had one girl name amanita age one. We set out to start are live together we went to Californian 1mo/ we did not like that state so we hit the road in July and we stop in Minnesota late In July in 1985.Two past in later 1987 November 7th Me and Sarah got marred and in December 9th my son was born Ashton. I work at Lund boat for 15 years and photographed on the side. In 202 are granddaughter was born Mariah. In life it take a long time to get here but in 2007 me and my wife been marred 20 year are daughter is 24 are son is 20 year are granddaughter is 6 and the fist part of 2008 are daughter is going to be marred and are son is getting marred too and in march are grandson will be born. I am a wildlife photographer full time now. To see my photographs go to wildlifeminnesota.com and my wildlife photo’s will be on t-shirt and more in 2008 so when you see wildlife Minnesota it is I.One photo is of me and my wife in 1970 and 2002

Hello,
I got a message to let you all know a little about me, well, here ya go.

I'm 45 years old, been married for 22 years, we have 3 kids, to girls and one boy.

Oldest daughter is 16, she loves to hunt and fish, for her first hunt of her life, this past spring she got a turkey(double beard, 23lbs), then she got a doe early season, and then a 8 point buck (187 dressed, 130 score) for the regular season.

The middle daughter is 14, she wants to be a veternarian, she doen't hunt, she just wants to fix up the animals we harvest. She does like to fish and play fetch with the dog.

The youngest is my boy, he's 10, he likes to tip up fish for pike and he loves goose hunting, he can't wait to be old enough to deer hunt!

The wife, she likes to fish, when she has time.

Me, I fish when I can, and hunt as much as I can!
I bow hunt more than anything.
When it's time to hunt, lately, I've been spending more time working with kids showing them how to hunt safley and ethically.

Thats about it, hope I didn't bore ya!

Every time I read this post, Im playing catch up and there are 5 or 6 new members.  Its funny how we all have so much in common.  I've been with my wife for 20 years like wildlifemn and also love archery and getting kids into the same sport like hunterdown.

Happy New Year! I'm Dave, that's me on the left in the photo. I'm part of the Halverson crew which includes Camilla, Glenda & Norbert.  Been an avid fisherman all my life & have been a guide in this area for several years. Our camp, Halverson's, is located in beautiful Northwestern Ontario, Canada on Kakagi (Crow) Lake.  We are on a trout lake & the season opens today.  Hope to let you know tommorrow how the fishing is.  We have been ice fishing Lake of the Woods (just a short snowmobile or truck ride across the road from camp with our own private launch)for a few weeks now for crappie & walleye but everyone waits with anticipation for the trout opener.  Our camp is holding it's second annual Trout Tournament, stay at our camp, catch the biggest trout on Crow Lake from January 1st to March 31st & win $500, could pay for your trip.
That's us in a nutshell.
