Will duck hunters be required to wear one on their waders? :rotflmao:

Probably not.  I still duck hunt and if I could get fined for a weed on my decoy cord I will have to quit.  I would not take the chance.  Picking up decoys at sunset is hard enough.  I like to hunt a no motor WLMA and I don't get in until well after dark.  It would  be impossible to guarantee that a weed leaf did not end up in the decoy bag.   :oops1:   It would not be for a lack of trying.  I just don't think it can be done.  It certainly would not matter how many stickers I have pasted everywhere. :doah:

Clarifying new AIS sticker requirement for boaters.

On Sunday, the News Tribune outdoors section carried a story about the new aquatic invasive species stickers that the Department of Natural Resources requires boaters to display. Although boaters are expected to get the stickers and display them on their boats now, the DNR will not enforce the requirement until Aug. 1, 2014, according to the agency.

Currently, DNR conservation officers can issue only a verbal or written warning to boaters not displaying the permit. After Aug. 1, 2014, it will be a petty misdemeanor for boaters who don’t display the decal on their watercraft.
