How to save a life after cardiac arrest
I thought this was pretty good given that there are old guys like me running around that still think they are 20 years old.

ESSENTIAL VIDEO TO WATCH
We have all walked by the Red Cross sign in airports indicating where a heart machine is located. 
Do you know what is in them and how to use it? 
I did not.
