havent even been out fishing, boat motor went  so im waiting for the parts. boat is sitting at my dads in willmar. ordered the parts from a marine mechanic in raymond, but the 4th really threw off there ordering so im hoping the parts are here this week! so im giving everyone else a fair chance!!  then ill be back to  your  general. nothing wrong with my fish pictures crystal clear big fish, but people where to afraid that would put greatoutdoors and i to far ahead of everyone else

I talked to Lee and Borgie in Ely this morning after they had some serious motor problems repaired, and should be able to get out fishing soon.
Lee and I were having a nice conversation when Borgie came over.
She began by  bowing down,    told me what I great fisherman I was, then asked for an autograph  while wishing she had fishing skills that would allow her to catch something bigger than a rock bass!! 
It was embarrassing

    Well I am back.  I did not get my Laker.  My son got 2 of them.  The walleye fishing was on fire.  The pike were almost non existent for some reason this year.  We had to fish hard for them and they were small.  The ankle biting flies were also on fire.  As long as your ankles were wet with bug spray they wouldn't bite.  I brought up two cans of bug spray and used it all.  Next year I'm bringing raid too.  Those flies would hide in the boat and you could not get rid of them.  It looks like Team Ultimate storm has some work to do.   I had hoped to get at least one solid fish on this trip.

Walleye Woman may start getting out again, now that one of her major projects has been completed!
However, it probably won't matter since the Assassins are on a roll, never to be caught by any of  the "also ran" teams!
If she gets a wee bit lucky and manages to catch another fish (which I REALLY DOUBT), it'll only be a minor bump in the road!!

   Team "Ultimate Storm" is gearing up!  The "ass ass ins"   better get to work to hold their spot.  Like I said before it's going to take 90" and they ain't there yet.  They would have been except for a  mistake.   Seems to me Greatoudoors teams always have  problems.    Could it be he is starting to enjoy getting the rug swept out from under him?
