May 7th Deadline to sign up for the MNO 2013 fishing challenge!!

   The deadline to sign up for the MNO Fishing Challenge of 2013 is Tuesday May 7th!!!!!! at midnight.    If you wait to the last minute there is a good chance you will not make the cut.  With 3 members on each team there is no guarantee you will make it.  The earlier you sign up the better the chance you will have to be assigned to a team.  If we have 31 entrants we have 10 teams and one Eastwood.( an actor that can spend the rest of the summer  because he got left out).

           That's the deal. Deadline May 7th at 12.00 Midnight

    Not even Jesus Christ himself can sign up after the deadline.  (He doesn't need to anyways.  He is going to be the silent 4th member of my team.

So how many DAYS will we have to wait before teams are announced? if you are closing entries on the 7th 


Could just have the owner of the site who is not involved in the challenge pick the numbers and announce the teams thirty minutes later, but I think I read something about a double or triple blind computer drawing. These rules now have rules for the rules and red pens and STRONG recommendations. Getting to the point where a guy will have to be looking over his shoulder when he goes fishing.

Perhaps a post could be made to who is running the challenge this year, who are the judges? Prize chairman, just so we know who to address our views to? and give pats on the back and "That A Boy's too"

9. All members who want to participate must sign up by Midnight Tuesday May7th, 2012. Teams will be drawn and posted the evening of WEDNESDAY May 8th. Teams will consist of 3 members per team. Members will be selected by a random draw.


     I suggest everyone read the rules.  There are No changes from years past except the dates and a new video scoring opportunity.   Any strong suggestions are just that.  That is so you have a better chance to get full credit from the judges because your fish will be easier to score accurately.  

     The judges will be announced soon.  You will have plenty of time to send in your bribes before we start.    We do roll most of the bribes over into the prize fund.

  We are at 10 full teams.  Don't wait until the last minute to sign up.  The 30 people that have singed up so far are guaranteed a spot.  If wait your chances of being left out increase greatly.  The teams are drawn by a random draw so your order of signing up makes no difference.
