Ice & snow conditions!

Winter doesn't want to go on vacation this year. 4-6 inches of snow two days ago, an inch last night, and another possible 8 inches coming Sunday night through Monday afternoon.
Below freezing temps nightly, and for most of the day isn't helping our 25-30 inches of ice and snow, to melt on the lakes.
Unless we get some 50+ degree, around the clock weather,  and rain for a week to ten days, it's looking bleak for the ice being off the larger lakes for the fishing opener.
Will keep you posted weekly.

Hey, ice fishing rules are ice fishing rules!!
The 2 line rule may very well be in effect, much to the dismay of many!!

I am thinking you would not want to walk on the Ice come the opener as the ice will weak, I all so think you will not be able to put your boat in, This year opening day will be later then one planes, You see
