Sometimes you just have to shake your head and say wow.  I started reloading a while ago.  Just pistol for fun.  Once the ammo dried up I started casting my own bullets.  When the .223s got impossible to get unless you pay 1$ a round I wanted to start making them.  The very first .223 round I tried to resize in my new RCBS small base die stuck.  !00% my fault.  I forgot to change the shell holder.  I was able to extract the case but broke the sizing pin in the process.  I contacted customer service at RCBS and explained the situation.  I was contacted by a tech. on a Sunday afternoon.  Less than 24 hrs after I contacted them.  I just want to say that I have the new replacement parts and am back in business within a few days.  I have lot's of other good things to say about RCBS and I will.  This is just a start.
