Cheap and very easy to make.  Also allows you to not us the black straps that stick out like a sore thumb.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

I just weld a 1/4 inch bolt to a screw in step. You can get 180 degree adjustment and lock it with a nut under the camera.

 I don't have a welder so this was the only way I could do it myself.
