Hello all,

Could anyone recommend a GSP kennel/breeder? I was looking at Willow Creek Kennels. I want a hard hunter. I was going to breed my female, but she is 5 1/2 years, and to old to have a first litter. (I believe) Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have hunted with a lot of GSP over the years, the germans have really refined the breeding of these dogs.  A friend from Germany brought his dogs over 2 years ago to hunt pheasants in ND.. I was very impressed.  Way more mellow than the GSP 25 years ago.  There is a breeder in Grano,ND that has these bloodlines registered with the Deutsch Kurzhaar Verband.    www.vomgansehimmel.com is his web page.

My GSP comes from an extremely good bloodline. He's never been bred, I'm not sure, he might be past his prime for that. He comes from a private breeder that breeds for the higher archy of Cabelas. I've never bred a dog before or even owned one but he is prime stock that I just happened to get lucky with. Lmk if you might be interested.
