North Dakota hunter injured in accidental shooting
 Nov 10, 2013

CARRINGTON, N.D.  - North Dakota authorities say a hunter has been injured in an accidental shooting in Foster County.

 :coffee: ..........
Foster County Sheriff Michael Tufte tells that a waterfowl hunter was accidentally shot in the lower abdomen Saturday morning when a deer hunter shot at a buck that was running toward an area where waterfowl hunters were concealed.

Tufte says the waterfowl hunters heard the shooting and were putting on blaze orange clothing to become more visible when one of them was hit. He says the injured hunter was taken to the hospital in Carrington and then transferred to Fargo.

Tufte says the injury did not appear to be life-threatening. The accident remains under investigation.
