I love the gut pile pics and was hoping to get a picture of an eagle while it is landing on the gut pile. I got fewer eagles than previous years which sucked, considering I had 3 cameras set up. Here are a few of the better ones. I had to look through 6,000 pics.








Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

Interesting.  I never would have thought a pileated woodpecker would have any interest in a gut pile.

sure hope theres no lead in the gut pile!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :banghead: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: cool pictures though. noticed the pile is kinda out in an opening. never seen an eagle go deep into a forest though.

 We use barnes 100% copper bullets.  Woodpeckers love suit(fat) and these deer all were very fat.  I have used the same spot for the last 4 years. There are a few mature oaks for them to purch in before comiting to landing on the ground.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.
