Im looking at it this way, due to the interest of early season on leech,


First choice. 24th 25th of may

second choice.  7th 8th of june


first choice will probabley have school in session but its the weekend anyway so who cares. And any later than the second weekend and I get the idea that walleyes are starting to move out of their post spawning areas an into thier summer areas and are more scattered. but who knows what this spings will bring.

any other ideas will certainly be considerd so lets hear what you guys think.

I am watching this one close and am not going to commit but I honestly would enjoy the event and will make an earnest attempt to attend.

   Depending on ice out and water temp you can get into some real aggressive fish.  Corny mentioned the jig bite.  That's what I am talking about.   There will be a transition depending on the water temps and weather patterns but if you find them it's better than your own big bag of cheetos.

I c, memorial weekend, yeah that might pose a prob, but maybe not, if we can find a campground that accomodates group sites or one that has a large number of openings it could work unless poeple have major plans on memorial weekend, i never do.  so its good to get these things out in the open. keep talkin guys we can figure this out yet.

ok memorial is out for sure then cant argue with that.  The opener is: may 10th an mothersday is the 11th so that out. the 17th an 18th might be the only other possibility in May. the 24th 25th is memorial, an the 31st an the 1st is that tourney, sooooooo..

doofus!!!! us union guys make our own weekends!!!! mon tues thur-fri whenever...........
