  It's primary election time.  We have been busy threatening business owners, bribing politicians  and guaranteeing our front row seat at the government teet.   We will be able to get back to fishing soon.  These lefty politicians here in Minnesota don't screw the pooch for free you know.

As I see it at this point "eye-hunt-bass" is falling rapidly in the standings.   The talk on the street is they have been bragging about a secret weapon that could catapult them into first place.

For me, I don't think they have enough pull to recruit the kind of help they are hoping for.
What do you guys think    Will these sinners be able to repent in time to get some assistance?

  it appears that several teams have counted the "Union Thugs" out.  That's ok.  It's part of our game plan.  Just remember as you think you are soaring to the top the gravity of fall fishing will kick in.  How will you know when the party is over?  You won't!!!  Not until the thugs  make a Borgie Beatdown look like a day at the playboy mansion   (We each have our own master keys by the way).

Since the team of Eye-Hunt-Bass really do fall fish what we have put up so far is just a bonus. I don't see much change in the standings except for us moving back up the leader board. Most of these guys are done fishing and getting ready for hunting. DDS is just talking like he has been for the last three months and Boar is all done. All the fish are swimming past where he can cast with his Spiderman's rod. Borgie and Lee are done as the only time they go out now is to the bingo hall or to the tavern down the street to watch Bears football, and that is only because they serve free wings at halftime.        I see you have met our fall fishing guide,, we just call him JC

Apparently Boar hasn't looked at the score in the side bet!! 
That is why his lips are a flappin, but he ain't doing NO slappin!!! 
Perhaps Boring should try something he would excel at, like being a teller in the accounts receivable department at a sperm bank!

The union thugs have decided to crank it up a notch. Pictured below is Boar the anchor man for the thugs team as he waits for DDS to arrive wit da beer. Unfortunately DDS was preoccupied with his favorite pastime and never made it to the lake. Glenn has just gotten back from another union meeting. That's where they tried to figure out how to enroll all the MNO Challengers into the brotherhood.

The Thugs have two chances left to win the trophy. Slim & None

Hey i wasnt sleeping i was bumbed out. I caught 33 ich walleye, took a picture with my phone, went to retrieve it and it was gone. Seriously! Really.! Im telli g the truth.

Sorry General, but I must come to Boar's defense on this one! 
He has caught crabs so many times in his life that they asked him to be on Deadliest Catch, until they found out they were a different variety. 
He actually was on one episode of Deadliest Catch, as I think back.   
They crew tossed the hook out, snagged the buoy line, pulled it up, and proceeded to shake out one of the biggest catches of crabs I'd ever seen. 
As I looked closer, it wasn't a crab trap, it was a pair of Boar's boxer shorts!!

                                             Executive Order

It has come to my attention that despite the original challenge rules guidelines posted hope and change may be the order of the day. Borgie has informed me that a petition has already been started to implement an updated rule change in the Fishing Challenge. The amendment reads as follows.

In the event that any individual photos intended to be posted in the challenge can not be posted due to camera malfunction see amendment "A".

 Amendment "A" reads as follows:
Due to photo malfunctions a fish may still be entered and be considered eligible if witnessed buy another MNO member. If this is not possible and you voted democratic Obama will sign an executive order and you will be "In Like Flynn.

Things are awfully quiet in the " Aquaholics " camp these days. I would guess that they are quite comfortable sitting just at the above ground level in the standings. Only  a 2" lead over the last place team is cutting it close but, then again we all know who the last place team is.

Now that's what I call responding under pressure. The Aquaholics  have just increased their lead by another 1/4 of an inch over that rag tag group that calls themselves The Union Thugs. I guess that will now be an insurmountable lead for the thugs to overcome.

Will the thugs be able to respond to the challenge as they fall further & further   It's all up hill for the thugs at this point

Our score is completely wrong.I don't think we ever got a 32.5 pike and my 24 walleye from Rainy never got put up on the leader board.

I'm not one to make excuses, but I've moved 3 times this summer and I'm finally settled in here in Little Falls. That spells trouble for the other teams.

  Please bring up any scoring mistakes right away.  I will go back and check. I will be the only one responsible for the leader board.   Check your scores and let me know if there are errors.    They will be checked out and validated for legitimacy.  Most updates to the leader board will be done on Mondays.  This is an executive order making any and all civil war agreements, history, and treaty rights null and void.       It's good to have a phone and a pen.      It's no excuse but I only have a flip phone.
