My guess is that if 1/3 of the people got it wrong, it was caused by poor instructions.   

   I think the percentage is closer to 7/8ths.  It all depends if we count the hanging chads and people that sent 50 $ instead of 5$.  If we re-write the directions those 50$ contributions may dry up.    

    All MNO bumper sticker purchase fees minus the postage will be returned as prizes.

I thought the instructions were well detailed, precise, and very simple to follow. Good job Lee. I think I am beginning to understand why some have such a hard time taking a picture with everything in it.  My excuse is my camera doesn't always want to turn on so I can't take a  . Maybe I should break down and open the wallet and get myself something new, like maybe a Go Pro.

Since my first name is really LEE and it's EEL spelled backwards I like to go by the name of Ely EEL-LEE.
