Gander Mountain/Overton's

Just a quick question here. I recently placed an order with Gander Mountain. When I received delivery the invoice was titled from Overton's. So what's the relationship here? Did Overton's purchase Gander or something.   I haven't ordered from Gander in years so this was news to me.

If I remember right Holiday Station Stores bought up Gander Mountain. I think their mail order is done with Overton because Gander had some agreement they could not have their own. Its a long story about how Gander sold off their mail order side a few years back but Holiday want to pursue online sales again so they partnered up with Overtons. I may be wrong as it was a while ago when I heard about it.
