   Once again Glenn57 tests the best imaging software on the market to see if the judges can make out the numbers on a ruler taken with a camera with a sock over the lens.

  I'm pretty sure I can  score it when I have an hour and a half to fire up the GIMP.  I see a head and a tail this time.  Only one judge needs to say enough is enough and put a score on it.  I hate firing up the GIMP.

hey it aint cause I haven't tried. had a fish for the summer challenge only to figure out it wasn't an upgrade so I didn't post it. and picture malfunctions??????? me thinks DDS needs glasses!!!!!!

   Keep trying Glenn.  You are getting a tiny bit closer each time.  On a positive note.  You did have the entire fish in the picture.  You did have a ruler.  You did have the staple item in the picture.  Those are all good things. 

    Tip for the next one:  Put it on the floor and take a pic from above making sure to include an inch or two extra on the ruler.  Better yet have someone take the picture for you.  Take a couple of pics.  You don't have to send them in and wait for a week to find out if the numbers on the ruler are readable.
