Going to mille lacs on sat and making nice with the wife on sunday as I will be going out of town on Thursday the 22nd for a 3 day fishing trip.

Yes a great time was had by all, awsome to see Doug and colling again and was greeted by  big bear hug from both. We cristend the New digs of Doug and collin by present them with a tub of cheese balls and Shots of cave flavord vodka. we proceeded to fish the afternoon away catching walleye after walleye. offdah that got old after while. D and C went into town to pick up Ms Jocelyn, what a sweet heart, was a great pleasure in meeting and getting to know her a bit as my wife and i entertaind the trio in the boars nest with tacos and shots for supper. We departed for the eeving and proceeded to catch many more walleye as it was a sleepless night with the rtattle reels going off every so often. saturday proved eventfull with much more catching and partaking of pilsner and shots again. the fish fry was a delicious event with cookie not even showing up, he did show up at noon to check on us but then departed after having a cookie , coffee and a cupcake, he especialy like the cupcake and pretty much think thats his new nickname. Fresh beer batterd red lake walleye and freinds. Man its the best of times. I had family to attend to saturday evening which was fun and continued to catch walleyes during the night on rattles.  it was probabley a 30 fish weekend in the boars nest. being selective and a few slotters. Wish I could of made it to your guys side of the lake. We did pretty well out of Rogers. I brought the portable with And planned on coming to fish with you guys for a while but my buddy I was with didn't really want to because of the wind and snow on Saturday.

Cupcake ? I think I will stick with cookie but that is funny just the same. I had a hoot rubbing it in about the fish fry. It was not a big deal as I eat fresh walleye all winter long , We had fish tocos last nite. Cole slaw, sour cream a little lime and hot sauce  on a soft shell. very good. I really enjoyed visiting you guys and thanks for scouting out the area for me . Makes my job a little easier. fawkinnae
