Seen it never picked it.I dont take many shelf rooms at all,Oysters I cant resist.Did you cook it? My book says if older it will be tough so try to pick young smaller ones for eating. My book says Dryad saddle is the name with no reference to Pheasant at all.But with all the nick names it verywell may be ?

I use to eat a mushroom that was realativley small with a little red tit on the top, they were really good, hard to find tho, and expensive if you bought them, the best way to eat them was to put them in the corner of your mouth and and let the toxins..... I mean juices flow into the blood stream...................yeeaaah..........cough cough... Morels are good, never seen that one before..
