uploading videos?

can anyone post how to do this in laymen terms, I tried to post a vid from my phone and went thru the process just like a picture with no success, dose the vid need to be of a time structer, like under a minuet or something??

Some vid formats are not able to be uploaded to this site. Get a free photobucket account. Then you can upload to photobucket, come here and upload from photobucket to here. That is how I had to do my bear vids. A bit of a hassle but it does work.

hmmmm, i have about 3 phot bucket accouts but cant remeber any passwords, thing is people load from their phone to forum, utube, or hostinging site every minuet of the day, thanks for ur replie ray, I'll try photo bucket as a lastresort.

  The only way I know is to use a hosting site like photobucket or Youtube.  I have used youtube.  It's very easy.  Open an account.  Upload your vid.  Just be sure to allow sharing and then you can post it anywhere.   Just copy the url address in your posting box.   [The one I am typing in right now]  Hit preview and the youtube video will be imported.
