Nice buck but has funky left antler.  I probably would shoot it because it's unique.  I have a better picture but something with "tinypic" is hosed up.  I select the pic, upload it, it says success and has the photo but when I add it to the post, I get a picture (not mine) of and unknown couple in church.  Gotta love this PC stuff.

If you look closely at his face and body it looks like a relatively young buck.  Not a yearling or 2 yr old but probably in the 3-4 year old range.  Honestly, I'd probably pass.  It's not that I'm a "trophy hunter".  Getting a huge buck is not really my goal.  The main reason I hunt at all is that first hour in the stand every day.  Cold, quiet, and just plain relaxing.  Our party wants to manage the local herd for bigger bucks and passing on certain deer is part of that process.

If you have a large tract of private or hard to access land and this buck generally hangs out in that area, you might want to let him slide another year or two.  If he has a unique rack this year, chances are it will be more so in the future.

You can always take a fork horn or doe (provided you have a tag, obviously) if you need some venison.  I've had to do that many times.

Try a different upload service maybe?  I use photobucket and have never had an issue.
