CASS LAKE -- The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources’ Bemidji Area Fisheries Office will conduct a public information meeting 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday  at the Pike Bay Town Hall in Cass Lake.

The meeting will provide updates on fisheries management activities throughout the Cass Lake chain of lakes, including:

Recent fish population assessment and creel survey results.

Operation of the Big Lake Creek walleye spawning station.

Details about an upcoming project on walleye movement throughout the chain.

Pike Bay walleye management.
