Scheels and Fleet Farm sell bait.  Scheels even has minnows.

I'm interested in crappies and fatheads. Not half dead store minnows.  Sure, drive 8 miles south, then 8 miles back north where I started from, then out to the lake. Not. How about you deliver when I call ya?

They are close to where I live.

Does Wild Goose sell bait?   Or are they the guys that moved?

After morning gents. I have to admit, I had me a little nap today after bustinazzville, felt good until remi had enough of that.  Speaking of him he has the back yard matted down to solid ice with all the fetching going on, picking up poopcicles is challenging but he still has to chase something even while sliding into the chain link. Thighs hitting the grill after a bit and maybe some of rebs fav green bean casserole.. :happy1: Later!!

I'd suggest you toss those GB's out the wind for Remi to fetch, but: 1. Don't believe in cruelty to animals; 2. He's too smart for that.  ;)

We got a couple of inches here last night.  Gonna be in the mid 30's here today and should be a nice weekend.  That sounds great to me.  TGIF.  Man it seems like it was a long week.  Not sure what I will grill this weekend but I am already thinking about it.  I will come up with something.  May make Dels Gyro recipe tomorrow or Sun.  We really like them.  Later, all.

Morning guys!!! 21* and clear here...big ol bright moon (also known as Ice Moon in February) setting at 5:30 am, while a mournful train horn blew in the distance. Can hear the clickety-clack of the steel wheels punishing the rails. Sight and sounds right out of a movie! Supposed to be sunny and in the mid 40's. Good. Gonna whack at the 5' high mound of boulevard snow. The sooner the ground dries out this Spring, the sooner I can get at my over-seeding the gas co warfare on my lawn from last year. Have a good one, guys.  :cheesy:

Sorry to hear about the loss of your mil Mike. The older we get the more deaths we deal with and it never gets any easier.

Mornin'. Another set of twins last night when I got home. Only problem is the ewe only claimed one of them so we're trying something different. We're farming the one she doesn't want out to another sheep friend who has an orphan pen. He has a set up where they get access to warm milk that his step-daughters are in charge of so it should be interesting. Chores really suck here. We're climbing over pens to feed and water other pens. Thank god it warmed up. I can use the hose to water again. My back is stiff and sore from hauling all the 5 gallon buckets of water across the ice. However, I did burn off about 10 lbs over the past few weeks!

I can loan ya ten pounds, Dotch. Just don't return it.  ;)  Speaking of returns (like how I work that in there?) the NL2  drove off in the new Ram and came back home in her suave black Toyota.  Musta been a loaner.  No more truckin' mama next door.
