Morning boys.  Foggy and 38 here.  High of 57.  I think we are headed to the Falls today.  Get some things at Menards.  Nice day for it.  You should have a nice sit today JB.  We did have a 1/4" of rain last night so things should be quiet in the woods.  The squirrels are really busy already too. Got the erl changed in the mower yesterday.  Was going to put it outside and tarp it but it started raining so will do that later today.  Good luck JB and you all have a good one. Ya we just got some of that Powerwash and I like it too.

We checked tree stands yesterday, no grouses either. Fart fan installed, appears to be working. Breakfast, gas up the SxS and we’re off. Headed to Thorpe Tower, hope the colors are nice. Later……. :happy1: :happy1:

Mornin gang, 49 @ 1st peek here & we're looking at 58 for the high. Well, the mower to blower changeover is complete except for the chains we have for the rear tires. Got all the decking off the rollout dock too. We still got the section of new dock to tear down & bring up before we can get the old part out. No big hurry there. The lake association has their ditch cleanup scheduled for 10 today & since we weren't around, eye appt, for the Spring 1 we'll be helping out today. 'Bout it here, have a good day.

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 52 at choretime heading for a high in the mid-70's. Got a lot done already but gots lots more to do. Dealing with the widow of the guy who died recently from ALS. She's a sweetheart and had us soil test the farm so they know where the soil fertility levels are at. Just got results back this a.m. so figured I'd better get the recs to her. Her son was going to be home & wanted to work ground ASAP. Got another field I need to sample today then I may be able to get to some of my own projects. Days like today are why I have so many things that get put on the back burner. When I get home, it's hard to tell where to start sometimes. Just have to prioritize & hope retirement comes sooner than later. SS checks should start coming pretty quick so that might provide some incentive. Still hawking up lots of lung oysters but at least I'm starting to feel better. Gotta pump up a tire, put on some fuel then get moving again. Ciao!

Just got back from the Falls.  Man the water is low in the upper river.  Rocks all over the place.  The Forks look like you could walk across them with knee high boots.

I'm wondering that also lps on the Lakes, gonna shut the cabin down next weekend so I'll see how low it actually is. As always Afternoon forum fellas,  67 and a bit breezy still, thought a chasing some sprinklers around after a bit since it's so dry but we'll see. Momma's birfday today so we've been busy, she actually took off fer a small wedding a little bit ago but should be back early she says, ya right. Sooo she wanted brunch in the morning,  the kids and pooches are coming over early then we'll go, come back and watch the Vikes kick butt and I'm sure grill something in the afternoon,  hopefully Leech has his wings all seasoned up and waiting! Anywho  best get at it....See ya!!

Happy Birthday to the Missus. Make it one she won't forget.

The terrorist beetles came out in force today. Sprayed for the second and hopefully last time.

Morning boys. 48 here and heading for 67 it says. Little breezy this morning. Unlike yesterday. It was dead calm yesterday morning. Beautiful sitting in the woods. I did happen to see one small buck. No bloody arrow, but was nice to see a deer. Getting ready to head out again this morning. Then work on projects this afternoon. Have a good one boys.

Mornin gents, 48 here & I'm seeing 70 for the high. We only had 7 for the ditch cleanup & with 3 miles to do on each end of the lake it goes better if there's 10-12. But we did the best we could & it really only took us about 45 minutes of actual picking up. They then bought everybody lunch over at Riley's, so we didn't get back here 'til a little after 2. Not much else was even attempted after that. We'll go for a paper here in a bit & then see what our day looks like. No more now, have a great day.

Morning boys.  42 here and should see 71 today.  What a nice day.  We had fun yesterday and plan on the same today.  Still some nice yellows and golds but we are past the peak colors here now.  Lot of bare trees now.  (Fleetwood Mac)  The Tamarac are all gold now too. Well it is Vikes today.  Seems like a month since we have seen them.  Gonna be two quick games in a row now since we play on Thur night.  Good luck to them.  I hope you all enjoy a great day!
