Morning boys, dont know why, but couldnt sleep in, to much stuff to do I guesse, got mixd some meat for sausage, have slighty under 15 lbs for some bear/pork ring baloney that gona get hight temps cheddar and jalapeno. gota run and chec some trail cames, work on windows, unplug a sink, gather stuff for deer hunting. then a little RR to go do soem fishing at my secrete lake X. wifes working so i better be productive. on the home front.  Have agreat weekend boys.

Morning everyone! We had 47 & a NW wind when I looked about a hour ago. A cool weekend & then a small warm up for the first of the week. It didn't make 55 here yesterday, let alone 65 that they were sayin. Must be some of them morjits here too. ;) Have a good weekend guys

Good morning all, I think this will be the last nice day for a awhile 72 and sunny so I had to get one more round of 18 in before the season ends. I had to go early, have to cover a shift at the shop this afternoon so there is still some frost on the grass in the shade. Starting on the back 9 this is from 11tee box looking down at 12 fairway and green. This course is so beautiful at this time of year. Y'all have a good day

Police: Woman rams squad car while taking topless selfie

BRYAN, Texas (AP) - Police say a 19-year-old Texas A&M University student who rear-ended a squad car told an officer she was taking a topless selfie.

Miranda Kay Rader posted $200 bond after she was charged with drunken driving and possessing alcohol as a minor.

A police report says an officer was checking a reported disturbance when he heard brakes squeal and an SUV slam into the patrol car behind him. Rader told the officer she was taking a topless selfie of herself to Snapchat to her boyfriend.

Police say an open bottle of wine was in her console cup holder.

 That's a big 1 ;)  We have 40 now, don't think it made 45 yesterday & we had some light rain in the am so pretty chilly day. No Vikes but a couple other good NFL matchups today & that will be what's goin on here.

Morning, stired the pot on the HSO thread, probabley banned now,LOL, thought last night was the night of the big eye, stood at my honey spot for 5 hours, no biggie, but did manage a upgrade. not much but an upgrade.  Got 15 lbs to smoke today, little house work, shop work, one thing to mention, I opend an old suitcase style ice house, and a critter had just started to make a nest, caught in time. so take a look before its to late. Get your picks in for those that havent, Lee disqualified himself for that smack, lol maybe if he's realalistic i'll let him in..lol. have a great day gents!!

That's the neighbor lady slinking home after a hot and kinky night with Rebs.  We can only wonder what you two do when the lights go out.  AND NO DON'T SEND PICS.  lol   30 here now and calm.  Beautiful sunny morning.  I am going to trim some spruce boughs so I can see in the woods better and hopefully the deer use it as a trail.  I will be able to see it well from my stand and it will be about 90 yards away.  My mineral block is in the spruces on this trail.  I also want to shoot the 243.  Think I will use my buddies Mayoral sign that is at the end of the driveway as my target then put the  sign back up.  lol I just ordered on of those Primos bipods.  The one for sitting and standing.  24" - 60" I think it is. Should be here Tuesday.  We are doing inventory for the business too.  Lots of counting going on.  And it is NFL day.  Sort of glad the Vikes aren't playing so I can get more done around here.  Well I  am wondering what Boar did over at HSO.  Mayhaps I will wander over there for a look see....

Th NL did talk to me yday...just found out her dad has stage 4 liver and kidney cancer...has about a couple months left at best.  She's not handling it well....

Just kickin' back today, mowed and mulched the back forty with the red rocket yday. Couple three trips over it in first gear, than second, and last trip was able to scoot along in third and powder 'em into oblivion. Sure beats raking!!!! The front is actually back to a real yard again, 3 weeks after it was a disastrous mess. Actually had it's first mow yday. Daily watering with the overseeding and fertilizer pays off. By Spring it will blend in with my grass seed that I have done a final overseed with yday.   ;)

I just shot some pics at Oakwood cemetery that are , well, to me, wondermous!!!!!!! Was shooting some Fall tree pics, when I swear I heard a "MUNCH*CRUNCH* noise, turned around, and there, about 25 feet away, was this doe snacking on the flowers! I was able to move up on her by hiding behind tombstones...and managed to get within 15 feet of her. She really was enjoying the flowers, not too interested in me, and polished them all off. She moved "on down the line", eating pot after pot, as if it was a deer buffet (Looks like it was) Now I know where some of mine go.
The entire ten minutes it lasted was just surreal...such a beautiful , live creature, and this taking place in a cemetery....Made me immediately think of the phrase "In the midst of death, there is life"...

POW....perfect place to lay her to rest reb!! After morning all, got back from sw mn yesterday afternoon.  The kid and i managed to get 2 roosters on Friday afternoon and 2 yesterday morning before making the trek home. Now it's break time and let the steer hunters have at it before it's go time again.  Not to mention the honey do list is getting kinda long...

Had a doe eating parsley on the edge of the garden earlier today.   Opened the back service door and she just stood there.   

Haven't seen the pair of bucks in a few days, although I noted some new damage to one of my apple trees, a little more scunned up.

Lots of deer around town.   Bunnie population seem to have gone down, and it isn't due to me.  Must be some other predator around.   

Yesterday was standing on the playground at Normandale elementary in Edina, watching my granddaughter do her tricks, and a bald eagle came flying over highway 100, chased by a couple of crows.   It was fairly low and right over the highway.  That was cool to see.

Morning.  We live outside of town and have a long driveway so dont get any trick or treaters anymore since our friends kids have grown up.  So we buy some candy and turn our lights off so kids don't show up and then we eat the candy....   :rotflmao:  Actually we don't have any candy yet.  May have to have popcorn whilst watching the Vikes. I remember as a kid in Luverne, a town of about 4,500, we tried to hit every house.  We filled those large paper grocery bags.  Our goal each year was to fill one and bring it home and start filling bag #2.  That is a lot of candy.  We hated apples and popcorn balls and cookies...  lol
Looks like rain again today.  Been awful wet here lately.  They don't call it the Rainy River for no reason I guess.  I shot the new 243yesterday.  I don't think I already posted that here....   Supposed to be bore sighted.  Well it was 16" to the right and 7" low.  After 5 shots I got #4 and #5 within an inch of bullseye so that is good enough for me.  Man I like the gun.  Hardly kicks at all.  Well start of another week.  Have a good one...

I had a mean old grandmother that was ancient for as long as I can remember. We were the same way, we filled bags with candy unlike today where kids go from store to store or only relatives or immediate neighbors. I guess with all the democrats out there you can't be too careful these days! Back to grandma. When the older kids would come out later at night she would keep grapefruits by the door and when the older kids came she would try to throw them in their bags and try to bust out the bottoms of the bag! She really hated the older kids with pillow cases instead of paper bags. In today's world she would probably get shot or at least heavily egged or TP'd.
