Good morning everybody!!!  Looks like some snow and wind starting this afternoon, in the 8"-12" ballpark. I'll have to get my hind end out in the stand as soon as I get home from work and see if the deer are moving. Just does and fawns the past few days. I got my plow pulled out the other day, so I'm good there. I brought plenty of wood into the garage over the weekend so I'm good there too!!

Good morning gents and you too Glenn  .  Not much happening here this past weekend.  However this upcoming weekend I'll be back out pheasant hunting.  Hopefully we have a little snow on the ground it always makes it a better hunt when you're walking and see a few tracks.  I'm not sure if I'm going to stick around home or pull the Framper out west.  Have a great day fellas.

Up and at 'em...another gray 32* day. Supposed to rocket up to 39* before it comes back to earth in the teen's, tomorrow and the rest of the week. Think I'll push the snow off the deck, shoulda done that yday, but was hurtin' way too much.  Don't know if it's the flu, or the wedder stirrin' up the RA, but I sure hurt like a bitch puppy the last couple weeks. Bought a ceiling mounted heater for the garage this weekend (Northern had a big sale on 'em) and I was studding a 2 x 4" into the ceiling for the bracket mount, and it was all I could do to hold that 2x 4" and the drill driver up to burn those lag bolts in. 
I think a three-egg omelet of some type is in order shortly. That nice NL came over for a while last night for some help on funeral arrangements for her Dad (very sad) and she brought me these, fresh from her parents farm.....

morning all, waiti g to go out on propane runs.not much going on here. got ky sausage done and got a bunch of batches yet to go. more sticks again, my freinds who requested them, only got a half batch, that all the volume i can handle at one time. have a great day!!

Waiting for the big snow that is supposed to show up tonight and tomorrow.  Not really looking forward to it but hey it is that time of year.  Rebs that is great that you and the NL get together, especially with what she is going through now.  Good man.  We all need someone sometime, as the song goes. Made the batch of ham and bean soup yesterday and it turned out great.  Will be having ham sandwichs this week.  That is kind of my go to sandwich too.....

Morning fellerinos, had to work a little later than usual today since took a longer lunch to go the the dentist.  Man I hate mouth pain, turns out its an old root canal gone bad, he gave me some good stuff for the pain, which I'll havta wash one down with coors light after a while and go na nite. Wednesday is the day he'll reopen it up . Think tonight it's more of the bacon cheeseburger tater tot hotdish...man that  stuff is good.

Yep got the pork.   And some oranges at qwik trip, and limes at costco.   so maybe tomorrow fire up the sous vide and cook it up.

I don't go for those tubes, just a silly personal thing.  I was in there looking at the signs on the meat counter....  That's when I bought the pork.   Sort of funny, the roasts were 99, whole pork butts were like 2.00 and boneless country ribz (with a z on the sign) were 1.88.  All same part of pig.
