Good morning guys, wet night last night we got 3.7 inches of rain from about 10 last night to about 4:30 this morning. We had a little moisture in the basemen but nothing bad. Today is to get the car inspected/emissions done then come back to the shop and let one of my employees go, she doesn't like putting all the money in the register so bye bye. Y'all have a good day

So Coffee, is she hot???   :rotflmao:  Someone had to ask.  Man have I seen a lot of Monarch butterflies the last week of so.  They are sitting on the blacktop roads between work and home.  Man I hate to run them over but what is a guy to do?  Just good to see them.  I probably look drunk as I try to avoid them.  Sheriff probably thinks I am on Boar's Fireball.

My problem is whenever I spank the warden she says she likes it. It hurts so good!

Yes she was, I don't want to sound politically incorrect but I only hire the hot ones, it's better for business. I even have one that was a good looking lady but is now a handsome guy.   :doah:

It's not politically incorrect...ever seen anyone hire ugly cheerleaders?  Or flat-chested girls at Hooters?  :bonk:  :rotflmao:

I dated a few gal's that liked to be spanked.  Whatever worked I was for.  Went fishing yesterday to Grindstone.  Trout were deep so we dedicated the day to the grandaughter.  Panfish it was mainly.  Lot's of bluegills but most were small.  She did get a small pike that she got excited about and had her line snapped by another one..My daughter had a big pike on fishing for smallmouth.  I had some good smallmouth on as well but they all got off on jumps.  Had to drink lot['s of water.  Very warm with little wind.  Told my wife that when I get home I'm having a few cocktails and I did.  good luck.

Yes.  I don't want to hurt anyones daughters feelings but the Vikes have had some wonderful girls as cheerleaders but they are not Dallas material.   So was that tactful enough?

Morning all, time to make the coffee. Not much after that today but relax. I was looking for some place different to eat this year on our way up to vermilion in September because for the last 18 years it's either the norske nook in rice lake or Gronks in superior. I found this place called Eddies world famous ribs in superior, has anyone heard/been there before or any other suggestions of places to eat in superior, wi other than gronks. Thanks and y'all have a good day

What's your route?  Some decent or better places in Duluth.   And what kind of place?

Had 67 & 88% humidity when I left the house :fishing:. Looks like we are in for a cool down after today. :happy1: Saw some good action :fish2: but missed a couple, maybe 3. Did get the hook into a couple, 1 was to little & the other I had to measure 2 or 3 times to make sure it wasn't in the slot. Mowed some(shaded areas) yday otherwise the yard is about dead here. Got some weeds we pulled that need to get closer to the burn barrel, could use some more gas in the boat, probably ride along over to get the Sunday paper, nothing to pressing for today. Have a good 1 boys.

69* and 96% hume again here. Just can't seem to get any dry air. Think it's gonna be a warm one. Nothin' going for today, except rest. Maybe some puttering. Really stirred up the back& leg pains by lifting and carrying in a 50 lb bag of softener salt, and my newly-filled propane tank. Into the garage...up the 13 steps...out onto the deck.... :doah: Never supposed to lift more than 20 lbs. But, if I don't do it, doesn't get done. Wish I could just wiggle my nose like Samantha did...*POOF* Bet she could wiggle lots more than her nose.....er, have a good day, guys.

We come up 53 we always stop for the day at superior since we can't get in the resort until Saturday morning. We just wanted to change things up other than just burger and fries or all u can eat fish at gronks. Probably looking for a good little mom and pops type  home made meals. I know that there is a place a couple of miles before superior that I saw on diners and dives last month

If ya ever cross over into Minnysoda near McGregor, Bann's has to be my #1 favorite place "supper club" for huge home-made breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Place is just the plain best, period. Ate every meal there when we'd go up to fish in the yearly McGregor/Minnewawa tourney.  A line out the door during those three days...:happy1:

The wife and I went golfing again this morning.  We are almost the only ones on the course at 8 am.  It is great.  Had more good hits today.  Feels better each time.  Haven't golfed much the last 12 years so I am the king of double bogies... :happy1:  Now it is 86 out and that is up in my non comfort zone.  I have some stuff I want to get done so I have to go give it a try.  First I will get our card out of the trail cam.  That is our Sun. thing.  A doe with twins is on them every time.  Had that buck once but haven't seen him since.  My clover is doing great.

Check out Duluth then, since you have time.  We like watching ships come in and out under the lift bridge.

Check yelp etc for restaurants, although northern waters smokehouse
https://northernwaterssmokehaus.com
Has some great stuff, smoked fish and charcuterie and sandwiches.
