Morning.  Going to go do some shopping and then pick up my grandson down in Prior Lake.  Really hate that drive.  Really driving anywhere but up north.  That is where my brain compass reads all the time.  My wife and I are driving up to Duluth tomorrow to fish off shore on Island Lake.  That was on my bucket list for this year.  No boat.  Fish my spots that I fished as a kid.  We always got some to eat.  Grandson is going also.  Have a nice day everyone.  good luck.

Glenn did you go outside for a nice long walk in that hot weather?  As you know we went to Laughlin NV last Feb.  Had a fun time and will do it again.  I told the wife that I may be interested in going there when it hits those 115 - 120 temps just to experience it.  Stick my foot out the door and then pull it back in again.  She said there is no way I would enjoy it and I am sure she is right again.  lol  Had a few sprinkle last night is all.  I watered the garden.  Have peppers getting bigger this year.  None grew last year.

Morning all. Yep, it was looking promising for awhile there wasn't it Barry. Then as the storm got closer to the lake it just fizzled away, We maybe got 20 drops of rain. So, I went out about 8 and watered the tomatoes and pine trees that I planted this spring. It is strange for this neck of the woods. Not much else new here. Have a good day!

Reb we are on Sand Lake, we are 6-8 miles east, just off Co Rd 35, of the Mosomo Pt. public access on Mn 46 for Big Cutfoot Souix. That is the best  public landing on the east side of Winnibigosh & usually busy. We had 70 when I went  , only 2 little . Wind has already went to the NW so the humidity won't be so bad today, but they've delayed the big cool down until tomorrow now as it's still supposed to reach 80-85. Got a few things on the list to tend to & it sounds like bfast is ready, so I gotta go, have a good 1 guys,

morning.........woke at 4 am vegas time apparently my body wants to keep functioning on Minnesota time. yep hump day. already lookin forward to heading home although so far the conference is pretty good.

had a guest speaker yesterday. anyone heard of an Air Force pilot named Brian Shul???????he was an Air Force pilot, now retired and was one of just a few pilots that got to fly the worlds fastest plane. he said when they retired them planes it took 68 minutes to fly from the west coast to the east coast.

he has a book out called SLED DRIVER and has some pretty good photography pictures also. the plane was an SR-71 BLACKBIRD.

well time t get ready to do some more union thug learning!!!!!!
