Mornin boys, 26* here. It sounds like a little more winter-like for the next couple days as only mid in the 30's with a north breeze, they're sayin. We made 43* yday though & the yard looks a lot like it did before the last 3 inches except where I pushed it in to some piles. I don't think the county even bothered to plow yday, if they did it was after I got the mail & I didn't  hear 'em. Got a couple small projects going on to put the finishing touches on our install of the new boat electronics. Just in case we get to put the boat in the lake sometime before we go home again in about a month.   Be careful guys, you know it's Friday the 13th. Get your shovels ready, especially if you live any where near glenn. Hope you have a good 1

40 here and raining steady since maybe 1 or 2 am.   Lots of snow gone, but looking like it will be back.   
In a sign of optimism I bought a hosta at fleet farm yesterday.   Now it is sitting in the garage in its little package waiting for the ground to thaw.

Terdy seffen at choretime. .25" of rain at the ranch and .37" in Bugtussle where the gauge was read an hour later. Presently a thundershower going on. They keep increasing the snow amount for here tomorrow & now into Sunday. Talking 6" - 10" snow storm total. Biggest concern here might be freezing rain accumulation combined with the 45 mph wind gusts. At least I got my customers fruit trees and my last crabapple pruned yesterday. Pruned around 30 fruit trees so that oughta keep me in smoking wood until next year!

Mornin gents, we have 21* for our start. No snow yet, may get a little(~ 1") tonight or into tomorrow. I seen 41* on the thermometer out in the garage yday but it sure didn't feel that warm as that wind had some bite. It looks like Mom & our sister might be getting the worst of it but TWC's site sayin rain & freezin rain goin on there. Looks to be about the same down home but not until later today. Then it's talkin ice & 50 mph winds for that part of Ia. A couple small projects to mess with for bit starting out today otherwise not much going on here. Mornin fellas,  gave the whipper snapper a ride to work earlier,  roads are choppy rutty roxk hard ice. Snowin as we speak and still yapping bout 6-10 when it's all said and done. Mamma has an apple something coffee cake in the oven that is smelling up the house real good  Later boys!!

Just wait, it ain't done yet! WCCO just said that in a 40 mile stretch from St Cloud to ML it will be anywhere from 1-3" to 6-10". Rather have snow than ice & wind, myself. Kinda looks like ya might be right mike, no Rebby yet

1 1/2" rain last nite in my gauge. Heavy T-storms with lightning. Then heavy hail. High winds. Then the sleet started.  1  1/2" solid frozen sleet/slush on everything today.  Broken pine tree limbs/boughs all over my yard. T-storm with rain/ sleet/ice pellets hammering down right now.
