Morning folk. A balmy -8 and sunny here, compared to you guys. No plans other than watch KC smack Brady around. Leftover apple-roast slabs on kaiser buns with horsey-mustard later...that roast was incredible, if I do say so.  Just fell apart. Apple-tart sweet throughout...yum.  And...what's going on with Mikey? First real coffee in years...english muffins for bfast...hmmm...somepin' funny going on over there... :scratch:  :rotflmao:

Mornin' gang! -5 at choretime on its way to a balmy hi around 8. Had 8.5" of snow Friday nite. Spent most of the time after midnite Sat. a.m. up until about 2 p.m. yesterday tending a sick furnace. In the meantime, was choring, got the yard blown out & cleaned up in front of doors, gates, etc. Furnace is back online. Luckily didn't need a new one. Guy tried new ignitor. Didn't do it so put in a new gas supply valve. Solved the problem. Fortunate we have floor heat in part of the house that kept it from getting below 55. Car Club meeting last nite in Albert Lea at The Cove. Sure felt good to come back to a warm house. Slept like a rock.

Thought crossed my mind when I was in the basement knocking down cobwebs at 3 a.m. What a pain to haul that thing up & out of there not to mention the hit on the wallet. That's a lot of gin and tonics!  :scratch: Furnace is 22 years old but the guy said it's sound and still runs like top so no need to replace it. Haven't seen the bill yet but odds are it should be a lot cheaper than a new one.   

I bet mikey turned the furnace way down last nite... :rotflmao:
