Mornin all, 50* here & we're headed for ~75*. We too are going to town today, need to stop & get rid of our recyclables in Cohasset too. The only parts that had much business for Shopko were the Optical & the Pharmacy. They closed the Pharmacy when they closed their stores, but they still have the Optical. There's 1 in Mason City that I go to, they must be doing pretty good too as I just read that they are adding almost 20 stores of another chains here in the Midwest. No more now, have a good day.

On deck for today is oil change on F150, hopefully get the wheel back from repair shop and back on tractor today. Pack camper for Thursday, we're going to try staying a week at campground this year. Mornin' gang! 62 at choretime heading for a high in the upper 80's. .04" of rain fell at the ranch yesterday a.m. & .08" in Bugtussle. Looking at herbicide performance in soybeans today. Much nicer now I got the AC fixed in the Buick. Cost me some $ but for the difference in mileage between that & my pickup it'll pay for itself pretty fast. Looking at some potential significant rain for next week. Hope so. Crop looks good & stuff will hang on a while yet but would be nice to have some the closer we get to pollination. Well best get at it. Things to see and people to do as one seed salesman used to say...

Got the new door in the garage and it went great.  It is only 59 here and drizzling now.  Feels cold.  I feel a run to the landfill as the ol Ford is pretty full of junk now after that project.  Also grabbed some stuff that I will never use out of the garage too.  Then I will finally make that strawberry ice cream.

well just found out I won a Pit Boss pellet smoker!!!  a dang for sized one too!!!   got it off I a tip board and only spent $20.00 and got a number for the drawing..  only 24 numbers and dang I won it!!!  now I need to figure out how to get it home and then check it out!!!!  Pit Boss has always been a good brand too!!!  time to go find a trailer so as to get it back here!!!
