      Good morning you fine flock of forum friends. Another beautiful day here in paradise. I do NOT share this medication.
      Had to make a run to Bomgaars to get a few chicken supplies. Made the mistake of stopping at the closest Casey's. I think it could win the WWC contest.
      Stay safe everyone.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

WWC=World's Worst Casey's

Incidentally, Bugtussle gas prices $3.27 at the Cwop & $3.29 at the WWC.  :coffee:

      We don't often stop at the nearest Casey's but my wife got a bunch off with her Hy-Vee rewards. Gas here is $3.45/gal. She paid .85/gal. I can't complain a whole lot about the savings, just the service.

Looks like a beer and a half project to me Mark! Afternoon peoples 50 and a good thing I don't wear a Toupee or Dotch's sheep would have it with this wind. Maisy gave me a pretty good scare yesterday afternoon,  took her for a truck ride when we came back I set her down in the driveway hoping she'll head to the house, nope she beelined it to the street.  2 cars coming 2 houses down and I hit the street having my arms for them to stop, thank God they did....little chit. She's doing good tho, a little pooping machine, she's around 23 # at 14 weeks. Sad part is she's catching popcorn already..lol.. Anywho best do some hallway fetching...See ya!!

Morning boys.  It is 25 and should see 50 today.  I watched the whole Twins game without falling asleep yesterday.  Then I took my nap with a dog on my lap.  I woke up and there was an open channel down the middle of the river.  I missed it again till next hear.  LOL  We had a little leak in the basement behind the sink by the washer so I finally fixed that yesterday.  A few parts and some glue and teflon tape and it is good as new.  I will check it this morning. I think I will do a walkabout today too.  Make sure the property is secure.  You all have a good one.

Chops were great from that pork LOIN I cut up. I have read that mountain men in the late 1800s considered Mountain Lion or cougars, a delicacy and good to eat. Take the ball and run with it glenn. Anyhow, not too much going on today. May go through the freezer I tore apart yesterday to get chops in and frozen and straighten that out. It's a mess. Should buy a hasp and lock to keep the frozen veggies, bread and other riff-raff out so I can put meat in it. Every time she sees an empty corner in any of the FOUR freezers we have it gets filled with whatever is on sale that week.  Wouldn't be so bad except it seems nothing ever gets taken out until I toss it due to age. Oh well, later......  :happy1: :happy1:

My brother does a lot of predator hunting.  Gets lots of coyotes, fox, coons etc.  Once for a family party he had these meat chunks in a nice tasty sauce.  None of us could guess what it was.  It was bobcat.  Light colored meat and real tender after he cooked it. BUT I don't know if I want it again.  ???

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 30 at choretime heading for a high in the upper 40's. In the wifey's absence, I survived chores last nite & this a.m. altho I forgot to feed one bottle lamb when I did nite chores. I brought one out for him after I was finished but he didn't come up for it. Made it up to him when I fed the other one at 9:30 just before bedtime. He was happy to see me so I didn't forget him this morning. I was even a good boy last nite. Made supper then tried to find the Gopher women's game. The TV package the wife got didn't include ESPN+, it was FSN+. Watched The Rockford Files instead. Loved that show. Hadn't seen it in years. Didn't even break the seal on the new bottle of Boodles. I know, I may have to go to the doctor to get checked out! :scratch:

Beautiful day today. Got the lawn tractor out of the shed, changed oil, filter, and a new battery of coarse. Made another batch of corned beef hash with the last of my corned beef. Been picking ticks off the dog.

I just gave Cooper and Jake their Bravecta today.  Haven't actually seen a tick yet.  The lawn is just about dry enough to do my annual pull the 4' drag with a pallet behind it over the whole yard.  Breaks up the dog doo that didn't get picked up and just looks a lot better afterwards.  I do the driveway too. Will use the plow truck and back drag the pot holes even too.  Works pretty good but may take a couple times.

Good morning All.  25 with no wind this morning.  Walked out side and can hear the ducks out front.  Seems the divers were replaced with puddle ducks yesterday.  Just before dark there was a flock of mallards sitting on the shoreline.

LPS reminds me at some point I need to drag my driveway as well.  Normally it has been really good in the spring but this year it seems to have rutted some. How I don't know with the little moisture we have this year.   I might just wait and bring in a load of crushed concrete after I fill the potholes with class 1.  That project will wait for another day.
