Good morning campers. Clear and 56° when the flockers ran to their run this morning.
I did it again. I was working in the coop yesterday building a small counter to put stuff on. I was really leaning in to my cordless when my beard got stuck in the chuck. Wrapped beard all the way up to my chin. It hurt. My beard looks a bit lop-sided now. It will grow back.
      Stay safe everyone.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 54 at choretime heading for a high in the mid-80's. Wind has picked up increasing the odds of a serious combine fire should one get started. A lot of the beans disappeared over the weekend. Yields are about as expected with a few pleasant surprises or as glenn calls them happy endings.  :coffee: Normal end of the month Monday otherwise. Finish up paperwork, head to the PO & bank then out to the field to get some soil sampling done. Got a couple cat naps in yesterday but was able to get back on my normal sleeping schedule last nite. Starting to feel like a human bean again. Good luck mikey! Just think, you could always be going to a wedding instead... :coffee:

Before I headed to Runnings,  I stopped at the store.  The place i store my boat is also where my horseradish is just outside Regal. The wife of the feller i know works in the office at the store,  retired as manager of the Teals store in Paynesville.

Amy way she was still out to lunch, so I talked to some gal, not sure if she's one of the owners or not

Apparently I'm known to the gals in the office  as "the horseradish guy". :rotflmao:

I am sure that the "horseradish guy"  refers to them thinking you are hung like a big horseradish.   :sleazy:

Morning boys.  It is 39 here.  Looks breezy already.  Way too windy to go fishing yesterday.  May be today too.  A buddy brought me a half bucket of beets.  Now I have to figure out what to do with them.  Maybe wait till the weekend and have the wife help me make pickled beets.  We both love them.  I hope they will be ok till then.  ??  Other than that just try to stay out of trouble today.  Maybe I will even go vote early.  You all have a good one too.

Mornin guys, 46 here & we might see 61, they're sayin. Got my project done early yday afternoon while it still nice. I had plenty of help, so it went smoothly. :happy1: One mower's cut is looking kind of weird, so I'll probably give those blades a touchup. 'Bout it here, have a good day.

I just found out something.  Things like junk mail that comes constantly and they want you to reply and send back gets mailed to us free.  They do have to pay for mail that we send back though.  SO if you write "do not send me any more junk mail" and drop it back in the mail they have to pay for that postage. Hopefully they get the hint and quit sending the junk mail in the first place. If you have to put a stamp on it throw it away.  If postage is free then do the "don't send me junk mail" thing and send it back.

I did cut wood for a half hour so the pile is getting smaller. After that I got the rock guard for the boat on the back of the truck, trailer wires rewired because it's longer and safety chains extended. Kids had a tough time shooting last night, pretty windy. And lastly Glenn. The DNR sets the deer to start on the closest Saturday to Nov. 6. Nothing to do with elections or daylight savings. Now you know. Later.... :happy1: :happy1:

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 38 at choretime heading for a high in the mid-60's. Quite the switch from yesterday's 84 degree high. Was soil sampling in shorts and a T shirt. Got my column done & my haircut in. Now I can think about heading home to let Poppy out & have a little lunch. Soil sample this afternoon again then see what the evening brings. Hopefully it's a G&T after the weekend's festivities & soil sampling. Getting too old for this crap.  :coffee:

Morning boys.  We have a dark cloudy morning here.  Used to be light out at 5.  Big difference.  Chance of rain and high of 64 today.  A shot of rain my not be a bad thing.  Of course I am not a farmer so don't know what they think.  I have some putzing to do around here today and have a new book to read on my Kindle so I am all set.  I may have to run to town for some vittles too.  Not sure if I mentioned yesterday that I did go vote early.  I wanted to avoid the rush.  LOL  Well have a good one.

Mornin all, 54 here & we could see 70. Got my mower blades done early, 1 was kind of bad though. I made an appt to get my tires rotated early this morning, so we're headed for GR a little earlier than we normally do today. No more now, have a great day.
