Morning boys.  We are looking at 21 here but should see 37 by the end of day.  We waited for this colder weather to get the 2 round bales out for Bucko.  Will get that done this morning.  Then maybe make a soup of something to kill the day.  Had a great time watching Landman.  That Billy Bob really make good movies.  I like the lawyer too!!!  The river looks more like it should at this time of year.  Frozen.  Was pretty darn wet yesterday.  Looks partly cloudy here now.  Have a good one.

Morning boys. 22 here and heading for 29 it says. Easing into the cool down. Single digits highs by the end of the week. Have catching up on Landman LPS. It is good and some hot chicks for sure.  :sleazy: Grandson decided he wants to sleep in this morning. So I am just sitting here relaxing right. Otherwise not much else. Just need to be sitting in the recliner by 3 to watch the Vikes. Go Vikes. Have a good one boys.

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 32 & murky at choretime, heading for a high around 40. Won't see the sun today and may have some drizzle between 10 a.m. & 5 p.m. Yesterday was a dandy, topping out at 46 with bright sunshine. Got the sliding glass patio windows washed, then did the tractor cab too. So grimy after all the summer rain & dusty conditions this fall. Got feed, unloaded it, & filled the water softener back up. Fired up the grill around 7:30 last nite & the fog rolled in. The moisture collecting on the trees in the backyard with the breeze made it seem like it was raining. Today, I have a water tank to clean out & writing to do for an early publishing deadline. We were supposed to have Auntie Mar Mar & Unkie Gregory up for dinner but they're not feeling well. Lots of crud going around with all the Christmas gatherings.

Garage is as clean as it is going to get, enough for now, time to do something and get it dirty again. I did get 8 boxes of trap loads through the reloader and we're going to try them out today. After that hit the recliner and watch the Vikes cream the plackers. I hope. Later..... :happy1: :happy1:

Mark I get a back ache when I am cooking or making things at the counter in the kitchen.  I have read that they came up with the height so long ago that people are taller now and kitchen cupboards should be a couple of inches higher.  SO you may be perfect height.

Good morning campers. So nice yesterday, I got part of my big brush pile burned. Lots more to do. Looks like we will get an intermittent spitting of rain here all day. Feed the fire a couple of times and just let it go.
Might be a good day to watch some college hockey. The Great Lakes Invitational is today and tomorrow.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Over the past century, the average human height has increased by around 10 centimeters (about 4 inches). We’re also getting wider.

Even more than I thought.  The little bit of stoop over at a counter is hard on some of us.

Keep it lower? The ground is already too far away.

Hope so Barry. We’ll find in a couple weeks when things quite down and the kids want to make some wieners. I’m thinking if the handle on the stuffer is too high we could build a platform to stand on.  :happy1: :happy1:

Morning boys. 24 and foggy here. Heading for 27 today. Boy the fog sure rolled in quick after 3 yesterday. Was a nice sunny day until then. Could barely see a 100 yards after the fog came in. Wells the Vikes almost blew it. But managed to hang on. I will probably do some fishing this morning. Then cut firewood this afternoon. Have a good one boys.

Mornin guys, 27 now & we're headed for 37. Visibility is 1/4 mile or less so we've got a DFA in effect again 'til noon. They're warning of freezing fog here too  Nothin on my list so far, so just another routine day here. Have a good day.

Morning boys.  The "like" button isn't working for me.  I kind of like to hit it you know.  LOL  We have 26 here and could get up to 30.  We had light fog show up here in the afternoon too yesterday.  I have a buddy showing up this morning to do some welding.  Good guy so will be fun to see him.  He helps me when I need it so a good trade.  Our internet is still sketchy so hope this posts.  You all enjoy this warm weather whilst we can.  Gonna turn on us in a day or two.

Good to know altho Poppy supervises me. She's a horsecrap designated driver however so have to drink at home.  :doah:

Mornin' fellow gulag comrades! 30 at choretime, heading for a high in the upper 30's dense fog and icy roads this a.m. Someone flopped a semi on its side over by Waldorf. Easily done this a.m. End of the year stuff today after getting my column done. My mechanic neighbor stopped by to collect a check for haying & skidsteer repairs from me. Told me to bring my tractor down and he'd put the rest of the weights on for me. Offered to help him but he said he'd be fine using his forklift. Be dropping that off this afternoon before it starts getting dark about 3:30. Supposed to be cooling down with possible snow coming next week. It'll be nice to be ready for whatever

Heard some emergency vehicles about 8 this morning. Couldn't see them, might have been that semi.
For the new year I won't drink unless I'm alone or with somebody.
The warden said it was very icy going in to work.

Further word roony is it was an LP transport on Co. 4 on those curves to the north of Waldorf. They were transferring the propane to another tanker last I heard. My mechanic/farmer/neighbor had been over that way getting some fertilizer & chemicals ordered.
