Afternoon boys. It was a fun weekend of fishing with my buddies that I used to work with. Fished from noon Friday until 9:30 Sunday morning. The bite was slow, but we had fun. Drank some beers and talked smart. After they left I went out yesterday afternoon and chiseled and chopped for 2-3 hours. That breaker was really being a bugger. Was 4'-5' wide of open water. So I filled it in with all the busted up ice and snow. Worked good. I was able to pull my big wheel house in. So that is on shore now. Yes Glenn, I could see on of the flipped over fish houses. It was about a half mile north of mine. One of those alumalite houses, probably 6x12. Another neighbor had his moved. Otherwise just making my way thru another day in the salt mines. Have a good one boys.

Mornin all, we've got 30 here & we might see 35. The hourly is saying that there's not much of a chance (10-15%) for any moisture here. Not much in the planning stages here today.............so I'll have to see what jumps in front of me. No more now, have a good day.

Morning boys.  We have a cloudy morning here.  The birds are busy in the feeder.  It is 27 and we could see 36.  Then just low 30's till Sat when we may see 40 again.  Slight chance of some precip here but no amounts.  Think I will go get rid of some stuff at the landfill this morning.  I am getting a snowplow cutting edge from a buddy that I will make a cutting edge for the Ex.  Those big teeth will be nice for some things but need a smooth edge for some things too.  Other than that not a lot going on and that is fine with me.  Glad it is not colder.  Have a good day.

After yesterday I see a 20 gallon parts washer in the very near future. Like today. I did get two hydro hoses off the quick attach and now remember what a crappy job working with that stuff is. Oh well. Headed to town to get those lines remade, Harbor Freight, stop for gas and cash my Cenex check. Later..... :happy1: :happy1:

Mornin' felloe gulag comrades! Bottomed out at 40, was 41 at choretime and heading for a high in the upper 40's. Supposed to drop the hammer on us tonite. Blizzard warning according to the current forecast. We've lived a charmed life thus far so will have to see what happens. Should have plenty of stuff to make French toast so no reason to go to the grocery store... :coffee:

Was lucky getting a bunch of new hoses installed recently on the old Mustang 330. Those hoses were pushing 50 years old & the outer bark was starting to peel off of them. When lifting stuff up high, some of them were starting to leak when they needed to flex. I hear ya markn. Working on stuff like that is like working in a broom closet, especially on these old buggers. Fortunate to have neighbor Jon's shop just down the road.

It is just unreal how they get all of that packed into those skid steers.  Just got back from the landfill.  It is a dark day that feels like rain.  Had some real light drizzle on my way out there.

Just got home. Roads were crap. Two hoses was $130.00 with tax and made while I was there on top of it. Thinking a short nap and then put hoses on. after that parts washer assembly. :happy1: :happy1:

Chopper just went over.  Cooper barks when he hears it.  Seems 2 or 3 times a day yet.
