Im haveing a freind, do 4 pork butts for halles grauation, no time for me. H'es a bigg BBQ'er and experiemnts alot with different rubs and spices. he recomended oakridge bbq. dont know if any of you have heard of this company, I checked it out and bought what he recomended, The dominator sweet rub for pork and beef. I bought 5 lbs cost me with ship just over 70 bucks. yes expensve but i'll be sure to give updates on this. check out the website if ya want. google the name.
