It's been a tricky bite on Devils Lake this sumner. The fish have finally moved in to deeper water, 18-20 feet, for the dog days of summer. Trolling is still my tactic of choice, spinners with leeches or crawlers. The deeper water is starting to produce a perch or two along the way as well! June and July were very busy months for Hooked Up, August and September are looking a bit lighter as of right now. Give me a call if you'd like to book a trip, the fishing is only gone be getting better! 701-230-9351 Josh Ward
