pizza topping!!
so i sirvived my first batch of c bacon cureless style. i had another batch with appropriate cure. i decide to make this into pizza topping. im gona slice the pieces lengthways, then slice thinly on the meatnslicer. and yes its as good as it looks. gonna take flat bread, pizza sauce, this stuff and cheese andmake home made pizza.
