Always trying new stuff.  My Korean Kalbi recipe is my hands down favorite and is good for pork and poultry also and I'm sure t his one is also.  Here is one I found that I haven't tried yet but will.  It does sound very good and anything with soy sauce is a go to for me any way.  What's your favorite?  Here is the one I will try next.  good luck.

1 cup soy sauce

18 oz. of Coca-Cola  [do not use the diet Coke, use the real stuff]

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1/2 cup of canola oil

2  T  Worcestershire Sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

This is for 3 pounds of meat.   Mix it all up and pour over meat.  Marinate for 24 hours.

i've got some boneless beef country style ribs that I sliced about 1/2 inch thick.  Got them in this marinade right now, to grill tomorrow.  But I think you  could do this with any steak also.  Ya, post your Korean recipe, it may be close to the Kalbi recipe that I make.  I love my Kalbi recipe and have been using it for many years but I just wanted to try this one and see how it does.  good luck.

That marinade recipe sounds just excellent RH. I'm looking at trying it on some lamb chops. It's similar to some I've used that have pineapple juice in them instead of Coke. Pineapple juice does not mix well with Crown however.  :tequila;  :happy1:

I grilled the boneless beef country ribs up yesterday.  Verdict.  I would give this marinade a B.  some good ingredients as you can see but lacks some also.  Sesame oil and fresh ginger would of helped.   It had flavor but I'll go back to my Korean Kalbi recipe for beef ribs or steaks.  Here is the meal.  Rice and fresh cucumber kimchi on the side.  The meat was tender like a butchers heart.  good luck.

Well it sure looked good!  :happy1: Something I may add when I use it is some curry powder. Not a lot but a tsp or two. Will flavor to taste. Pretty sure the bottle I've got lists ginger as one of its ingredients.
