This is the wife's first attempt at fish in the airfryer.  I really liked it.  Not oily and had a great texture.  Did an experimental crust that wasn't bad.  She will tweak it some.  Will definitely do it again.  Mayhaps even with a batter.  With homemade tartar sauce and Rebs favorite veggie.

That looks really good. You’ll have to share that breading.

We are experimenting with it more and more.  The wife likes using it so that is great!  She made the breading and rubbed a little oil on the fish just to make it stick.  I will see what the breading was.

Just boiled up a 7 oz box of small shell macaroni.  Will cut up some colby cheese, onions, add 2 or 3 cans of drained tuna and add Miracle Whip to taste.  Mayhaps a dab of sweet relish and mustard too.  Makes a great salad.  Easy too.

I could never keep celery very long until I learned to wrap the unused stuff in tin foil and then I can keep it a real long time!!!   way over a month!!!

That brings up a good point Ken in the deer thread. We just started making homemade pizzas and the wife browned the sausage first.  Was pretty good.  One of my favorite pizzas when I lived in Stillwater was Pizza Mans.  They must have put the sausage on raw cuz it had a great flavor with the oils mixing with the sauce and cheese.  Do you guys do it raw or already cooked?

We have a pretty darn good grocery store for a small town here.  Great meat market that does a great job of cutting meat.  I got a ham today and looked around and found me some Secret Sauce.  Itching to try it.  They had all three so I just got regular this time.
