I am medium boiling some of those gourmet $4.39 medium sized eggs.  They are going to be great!

PS:  They were good but no better then when they were $2.50 a doz.  LOL

I yoinked some tomatoes and a pepper from the garden the other night to blend up into some homemade spaghetti sauce, which I made for supper last night and it was DELICIOUS! I'm totally using the blender from now on rather than spending all that time chopping and dicing the tomatoes!

We just had an 18.5" walleye and fries in the air fryer.  Great combo.  No pics in contest or food thing.  I will try harder.  LOL Those are the best fries too.

I haven’t made my homemade meatloaf for my special fella yet so that’s tonight’s supper along with roasted potatoes in the oven! It smells amazing and hopefully tastes just as good! 😊🤞😃

That looks great Sharon.  Meatloaf is on my short list to make.  One of my favorites.

LOL you guys make me laugh!  :rotflmao:

The roasted taters are super easy! It was a couple handfuls of red potatoes, diced. Then tossed in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings before spreading them out onto a cookie sheet and baking at 350 degrees (which was the meatloaf temp.) for about an hour. I would wager you could roast them at 400 degrees for about 35 min and they'd be good too. The seasonings I used were garlic powder, pepper, Lawry's, parmesan cheese, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning. A sprinkle of cayenne pepper would have been good too!  :happy1:

I do think I will do this in the crockpot.  Then add some celery, onions, carrots, cabbage.  Don't need the spuds.  I am drooling thinking of it.  Some azz kicking Ruebens the next day.

Is it OK that the gravy is touching the potatoes?
