*Urp*burp*   Yup, came up with this one about 5 yrs ago.  Marinate a pork roast in concentrated apple juice overnite, then season well, sprinkle with fresh rosemary, (not too much, like this was...) top with a layer of thin-sliced onions and sliced apples, and one of those snack-paks of cinnamon apple sauce, poured over the works. Don't add any liquid, or just a bit of the apple concentrate. Cook on low for 4 1/2 hours in crack pot or until it hits 155-160* in center.  (for a 2 lb'er) Pull. Let rest, covered, in a separate container for about 10 mns. Eat like pig.  burp-402.gif

You betcha reb, can't go wrong with the crack pot pork ( old joke for those wondering). The wife keeps bringing pork roasts home but for some reason they get grinded for brats.. confused-3316.gif

Thanky!  Tonite I decided to try a Brew Pub Lotzza Motzza  Supreme pizza......NOT!!! Rated so good by many, I thought it was the worst pile of trash I've ever had. Went into the garbage!!!  $$%#   Loads of too much tomato sauce and grease, dripping out, no meat that I could taste, and take a bite and the whole top and filling pulls/slides right off due to the grease and gallons of sauce...$#@! I shoulda got a Papa Murphy's like I wanted, these were on sale for $5. Wouldn't try another one if I was PAID $5.  :banghead:

I don't think ya can beat Papa Murphys. Just the right amount of sauce, great crust, and loaded with toppings.  For a frozen, tough to beat Tombstone Double-tops. The Red Barons were good too, until they changed the sauce and started slopping that on, too.
