That's one reason why I use the liners...if ya end up with too much, ya can easily lift all the stuff out and put it in a bigger one. ( considering ya have a bigger one)   Be careful with loading 'em right to the top too, guys, allegedly an issue with food safety temps doing that. Just don't want ya gettin' sick!

As Union and ex Union guys we both noticed the "US" in Mikes post.   :sleazy: :sleazy:  Good for you Mike.  Does she do dishes???   :happy1:   We had the polish sausage that we made a couple of weeks ago.  With Kraut.  Fantastic.  I think they are the best sausages we ever made.  Just put the seasonings in and some milk powder.  Not even $5 worth of spices.  Also added cheddar cheese. (high temp)  Tonight it is T-Bone steak on the grill.

That would be correct. 3 1/2 hrs to blow out, shovel steps (snow weighs a ton, and I can't lift...$#@!)  blow driveway, then rake roof 3' back, blow snow off deck AGAIN from all that, shovel steps again....aww god.....send the ambulance.. :doah: :censored:

While Rebs was kanoodaling with the NL and shoveling snow, I vacuum packed all the beer sticks and threw a pork roast in the crack pot. I also froze the rest of the chicken soup from yesterday for a later date.  ;)
