Roasted some chicken thighs last night.  Also for the sides were mashed taters, veggies, and my gravy.  good luck.

I just pulled some round bales out to the horses with the good ol '94 Ford.  Love that truck.  Then I went to town and got some chicken thighs after seeing RH's the other day.  Gonna bake them tonight.  I even got some Shake and Bake.  Haven't used it for a long time.  And I helped!!

A little different twist on meatball subs. These are wrapped (almost like a calzone ) but with a French bread roll, loaded with meatballs, sauce , Italian seasoning and lots o mozzarella. Pretty sure I'll be wearing some.. :happy1:

Got my new toy today.  They had the metal one on sale for $69 vs the $99 reg. price.  I have a bigger grinder but wanted something for small batches and easy clean up.  Buy a chuck roast and make patties for example.  I'm into smaller batches of sausage also.  Experiment in small batches and if good make larger batches.  good luck.

If we had more room in our kitchen I would get the wife one as she likes them.  They are a cool looking machine.

we have no room in our kitchen for it either LPS, so it gets put in a spare bedroom. we don't use it often but sure is handy.

used it the other day to make grasshoppers for today. momma will use it to make her twice baked taters today. it saved me a few years ago when my meat grinder went kaput, I finished making horseradish with it.

I don't have the metal attachments but that heavy duty plastic sure worked fine for me. it really got abused back when they baked cookies.

They are an essential tool.   I keep mine downstairs and bring it up as needed.
